If its Rip Curl they have a lifetime warranty, take it back.

Yep, like rellie posted, you should be able to get neoprene cement at a dive or surf shop, if you've got a surf shop that actually sells anything to do with surfing, not just $100 board shorts and kids wear....

i just sent my rip curl weti for a repair only had to pay for the postage there and that was it. It came back a week later via courier! I didn't have to provide a receipt no questions were asked great company for repair work plus a life time warranty on all their wetsuits.. Give them a call and send it off you won't be disappointed

Hey Flem,

Have a look at this link spearfishing.com.au/ and look at the links on the left. Click on Accessories, then general and scroll down until you find the Picasso Wetsuit repair glue. It's $19.95.

They deliver so it's easier and probably cheaper than sending the suit back to Ripcurl. Minimal down time too!

Hope this helps,

bloody hell i wont be buying shares in rip curl in 10 yrs time. Imagine the amount of returns theyd be gettin in 50 years. People returning their wettie when they are getting seniors discounts. Wonder if they have any kind of limit on that?

lifetime warantee doesn't usually mean the consumers lifetime it means the expected lifetime of a wetsuit. They would have expectations on all their different wetsuits and would repair anything that didn't meet it. (or did you already know that.....sorry if i missed the irony, text does that)

If i sell something that has a lifetime warantee and it has an expected life of 20 years and something goes wrong with it before it expires, the manufacturer will either repair it to last 20 years or will pay out the pro-rata price of the item. ie if it was stuffed after 10 years normal use they would refund half your money.

it would be hard to place a lifetime on something like a wetsuit as they are all used so differently.

Dental Floss. Works a treat! Just get a reasonable size needle and start stitching.
