Would be a bit handy to have a kite that floated though.
Did a little googling and found the following facts.
Density of air 1kg/m cubed
Density of helium 0.137kg/m
Density of hydrogen 0.069kg/m
So technically if you could make a kite with one cubic metre displacement and weighed less than 0.93kg before inflation it would float if you filled it with hydrogen to 1 Atm. Make it a bit lighter and you can pump it up to 15 psi or whatever.
How to get the volume in the kite? Maybe have a full shape from LE to TE, like a plane wing.
How to make a kite strong enough and that light? F**K KNOWS
I think i might have just wasted half an hour.
Happy kiting

Just think what you'd look like walking down the beach kite under one arm helium bottle under the other.
And what are you going to do with it once you go out, the whole beach would sound like donald duck.

When you say 'londen', do you mean London? Or do you mean Lakehurst, New Jersey, where the Hindenburg caught fire in 1937 killing 35 people? Hydrogen was blamed for the explosion, however subsequent studies have shown that it was more likely a static discharge igniting the fabric around the gas cells.
