A tidal flat is a broad and flat land caused by the rising tide and exposed at its ebb.

I am not so knowledgeable, I just copyied from the dictionary

maybe a large, flat sandy area that is either wet or dry depending on the tide height, I would assume it is only called a tidal flat when it's dry though, othewise it would be a bay.

i added a link... im just trying to work out if it would be a good place to kite...
i really want shallow water

i think i am going to die... the beach is called cemetary beach... can you believe that

i like the warning on the link above informing us about all these killer creatures then it tells you to enjoy your swim
