hey guys and gals,
Im heading from Coffs Harbour to Ulladulla next friday with 2 weeks up my sleave to get there and back,lots of spare time,hoping for good winds.Im keen asssss to kite as many places in between(preferably out of sydney)on the way.Can anyone tell me of some good spots to have a kite on the way and what winds are best.
Will be in Ulladulla for 5 days,any Ulladulla kiters out there and is there any good spots in the area.
Cant wait for the road trip,if u see a red vennom at your local spot come up and say gday.

It seems one of the unspoken laws of kiting is not to tell everyone where the great spots are.
I've never had too much respect for the law

Check out the beach at lake conjola just north of ulladulla, works in a NE.
There's so many good spots in between, do you like flat water or surf?

Thanx heaps Tobes.Where i live there is no flat water spots,so am keen for some flat,but a good session in the surf and i will be happy..Do u live near Ulladulla?

hey tobes...you forgot to mention that there are absolutely no good spots south of ulladulla until you get to merimbula, right? no rivermouths, lakes or decent beaches....

Naah, I wouldn't kite down there, the waters too cold, and it's always raining and you'd get eaten by a great white if you did go in the water. As for rivermouths I heard thats where Bull sharks hang out so don't kite there either. I prefer the north coast.

lotofwind - Check out Old Bar and Hawks Nest up north. Tasty flatstuff.

And Lovey,there is no lakes,rivermouths or beach breaks south of ulladulla?????I wont bother looking then,especially if the waters toooooooooooooo cold and there are heaps of sharks
