The truth is - it is very hit and miss down there

Its a bit dodgy and wouldnt recommend it if your a beginner but if not Prevelly is fine in a SW,W,NW. The seabreeze usually has a bit of SE in it so it can be a bit flukey but still kiteable. Augusta is good in a SE. If its a NE head up to Dunsborough.
