Hey all, with summer just around the corner its time for a new board. I'm just looking for an all round board, reasonable flex for melb port phillip bay chop.. I'm 85k and an intermediate rider, so looking around 130 or so I guess. Local shop has North Jaime Pros 07 on sale for $850 which looks pretty good, or thinking about a Cardboard too? I really don't want to spend any more than this if I can.. so any opinions on which would be the better board? Both of these seem to get pretty good wraps, and both same price..
Not really a big fan of the North foot pads, and that price is last years model (no wood core).
Cheers,
Macca

The Jaime Pro 08 is choice! It is a great board for most conditions and has nice graphics, TFC fins and the most snug footpads going! I love mine

I can do Cardboards in Melb to your door for $800, or one of my el monster loco boards for 800. You can choose any graphics or if you like we can do custom graphics (if not too complicated for no extra cost) i have a demo el monster board at present and will very shortly have a new 08 Cardboards demo, the tempo and free ride handle the Melb conditions like a champ, im riding a pro, which is flatter, very fast, but i would probley recommend the other model over the pro if you want to handle chop.

try the naish thorn, it has great straps and pads..they are very comfy and easily adjustable..or the naish sol, they are both great boards...the sol has more flex and is a good all round board, the thorn is more suited to freestyle/wakestyle rider. the sol comes in a 130cm which is good for me and im like 60kg but it also comes in a 133..i think its a 133...
