Just checking to see that the kiter who lost his / her orange kite made it in. I was stuck on the beach setting up as the kite went past without a kiter, and by the time I was sailing after it, it was shredded on the Cott breakwater.
SHAME on the 4 or 5 kiters who let it pass through without grabbing it
A helicopter came out to check the water, but was quickly on it's way.
