Aswell on a unrelated topic the guy next to me at work went off on a bit of a tangent when I asked him and is now trying to convince me that the higher you go from groundlevel the more time slows down for you. Cheers for any advice.
that would be time dilation based on Einsteins theory of relativity, if you travel around the world at the speed of light you will come back 200 years later, if you fly in a plane enough times you might add a few seconds to your whole lifetime, so by boosting you might add 0.0000000000000000000001 of a second (not sure if enough zeros) to your life but I don't think it has anything to do with whether you are on the ground or in the air, just the speed and time so the faster you go the more time slows down but you can go much faster in the air or in space than on the ground.
And it is relative so you don't actually live any longer its just that your clock is faster than someone's who is standing still
I am sure you needed to know this.
