In Botany Bay near Dolls Point, I know who it belongs too, just don't have a contact number handy.
You were very lucky Kenny rode out a bit further than me, it was approx 1klm out in the bay after he found it he then rode if for another 30 mins, he really likes it!!
Cost of return is the usual case of beer, board is at Kitepower sans Souci
