Found: Kite Harness, Wednesday night, 13/1/16, Brighton Beach, Victoria.
When the storm hit at 6pm, everyone scattered yesterday arvo.
Had a swim after the storm and noted the harness on the beach.
Went down again at 8.30pm and the harness was still there, so grabbed it.
Reply or PM with brand/color etc, and you will be reunited!
