I picked up a waist harness with an attached safety leash at St Kilda yesterday around 5:30 pm. PM me with the make/model and the brand of safety leash and I'll get it back to you ASAP.
I think I know who it belongs to, but have no way of getting in touch with them other than seeing him at the beach.
