Hi all,
So work has got me in Canberra every month for a week or so.
Fully aware it's a 2hr trip east to the coast but where is recommended to head for ? Waves please and company in water would be welcomed too!!

North Broulee is the most common spot, though it's fairly protected from swell, so not a fantastic wave spot.
Tomakin rivermouth can get some great conditions line up in a SE with some swell running. Both are likely to have a crew on if conditions are worth rigging for. If you are happy to go it alone there are hundreds of beaches north and south of there to explore, but you will be lucky to find another kiter.

Or you could go the other way and head up to Gerroa (slightly longer drive) for proper waves.

Come to Bournda or Pambula and stay overnight in a stunning camping in Mimosa national park.
I'm most of the time kiting by myself or with one mate.
Always keen to share a sess with someone else. Message me if you come that way
