Hey all, I am new to kiting and looking for a second hand 8m kite. Any suggestions on what to look out for or more so what not to look out for???

I would suggest looking for something safe and easy.

My biggest thing i want in a high wind kite is something that i can 100% de-power if it gets gnarly.

Saying that:

I have a 2011 NORTH REBEL 7m.

It has tonnes of power, but also rides comfortably in 30knots +.

Can do it cheap.
