I'm not sure who was the kitesurfer on Slingshot turbine today out in Monterey .
I couldn't relaunch my kite Cca 150m out from Novotel. He saw me and kited downwind half a kilometre and saved me and my gear by body dragging . I was holding on his harness.I did self rescue but I didn't secure my lines properly. After swimming for no more than few minutes my legs got tangled so bad I couldn't move them at all!!!I realise it was my fault and I will make sure It won't happen again... I just got lucky he came to my rescue otherwise I don't know.....also it's good idea to carry knife in harness...!!!
