I am new to the area, a kiter with 4 years experience. I will be in Manly November 6-11 what are the best indicators for wind at Dee Why, it looks as though there are not many wind sensors around the area. It looks like North Head is the best real time indicator, and use the forecast on ikitesurf. What is the best reliable forecast for Dee Why?

I did read up on the particulars on the beach, i.e. rules etc, and will make sure to check in with a local rider or lifeguard when I am there to make sure I am aware of everything before jumping into the water.

Please don't kite deewhy beach. Go to Narrabeen (best in NE'ers) or longreef (best for SE'ers)
