hey kite people, help me live my dream!

i am in sydney with a 9m north rhino and almost two months for kite surfing (nice!).
i wanted to ask for help in planning my kite trip. i guess the big desition is west or east Australia. i have gotten many recomendations about the west!
the best would be a great spot near which i can saty at a hostel or cheply rent a small place.
