Ok... this is what I did to get out of mowing the lawn syndrome.
. learn toe side and heel side riding, in both directions. Get to know your waist! If you're into latin dancing, believe me this is easy. Just turn your hip forward and learn to switch your back foot to front and back again. Once you have that patted down, do this next
. do a quick upwind tack and pull the bar in (sheet in) and let yourself jump a little. This is what I did to learn the dreaded load-n-pop. Watch Dimitiry's videos on the other posts. PrActice load and pop. Just sheet in even and jump if you can, but load n pop is crucial for better jumps
. the above over and over for an entire season and watch yourself wanting to do other moves.
. then learn to do a back roll and a front roll
. soon you'll be doing front and back roll transitions and watch the faces of the people on the beach. click click click goes those phone cameras!
