Hey fella's
Just wondering how to do a front or back roll.
If anyone has any info just chuck it on, don't even mind instructions.
Cheers.

Get on youtube, there is a lot of progression clips on there and other vids giving a step by step of each trick.

Agree with Waxman.
Or you could take the advice from the original Boosting dvd:
"Approach this move with as much speed as possible"
"Where your head goes, your body will follow"
"Spot your landing"
(Seems to be the same advice for every trick)

^^^ Not sure about the "as much speed as possible" bit, but the rest sounds good...
