I have a 2006 Slingshot BOW kite that uses a 4 line system. Does anyone know if you can use bars from later model kites? I would like to use something with a better safety release system. Will I still be able to fly the kite safely?

Maby ask your local kite shop if its possible.

Hi Scottymac on most slingshot kites of that age, you can use most slingy bars so its a good idea to get one with a better saftey system .main thing to check is if its a pulley bar or not ( PM me a pic and ill have a look )
