Hi, I'm 5'5" or about 169cm. About 67kg.
I want a directional for Vic surf beaches. Small to med waves. I'm not going to ride waves bigger than me ever!
I rode a North WAM for a tiny bit and it felt sweet as, read lots of good things. What about the Cabrinha Skillet? (fatter) Naish "Skate".
The fish styles are a lot shorter, will this benefit me or is the smallest WAM (5'8") fine to throw around?
Thanks!

The Cab Skillet 5'6" would suit you well, I have one 2011 left going out the door to some lucky kiter for $750, but something around that size would be best for you in the conditions you want to ride in.

Depends on the waves you are riding in. Wider tail for slop, narrower for actual waves.
picked up a 6' 0" WAM the other day myself, looks the goods, just need some wind now. ( I'm 5'11" and 85kg)

Scour around the verge collections pick up an old board
Slap some fins on it - there you go your off
Enjoy
Get used to surfbaords first before you part with $$ you might enjoy the feel of a poly compared to a production board
