Hi,
I am fairly new to kiting but currently riding a 2010 9m Takoon Pure Kite. The kite is very unstable when positiioned at 12. I have read that this is an ongoing issue with this kite and trying to track down a Pure PDS plug to fit to the central strut - Does anyone have one or know where I can get one?
Failing that I am looking for advice for a new kite. A kite suitable for a rider that can go both ways but struggles to stay up win. I would like something that I wont grow out of too quickly?

There are plenty of reviews in the gear review forum but here goes:
Not necessarily in this order: Cabrinha Switchblade, F-one Bandit, North Evo, Liquid Force Envy and Slingshot Rally are all pretty good all round kites that will suit your needs nicely. Have a chat to some of the guys on the beach who ride these kites for their opinion.
Size will depend on your weight and riding conditions.....
