The weather bureau are good for weather
www.bom.gov.au/wa/observations/perth.shtmlBut seriously you just have to learn the signs for your local spot and correlate that with the 'official' observations and the forecast.
I know for here that my house creaks and groans differently for a seabreeze compared to an easterly but since the lives readings are now taken out at the wind farm (or Gingin airport) they are next to useless. Sometimes it feels like a black art working it out and I only live 500 metres from the beach, must be tough for those that have to travel further.
