Gday,
Thinking about buying a second hand 2003 F1 ti 160 its 160cm and Im about 5'10 and weigh between 80-85 kilos just after a twin tip board to learn on before moving on to surfboard down the track.Would this board suit my purpose its under $200 bucks.

Short answer - No.
They don't make boards like that anymore for good reason.
Look for something newer, approximately 135-140 x 40cm.
