Hi Guys,

I want to head out this weekend to ride for the first time on my own.

Given the forecast for this Sunday in Victoria, can any one suggest some places which would be beginner friendly and not too far out from the City (willing to drive 1-1.5 hrs)

i would recommend to hook up with some other riders, there is always safety in numbers if something goes wrong. There isn't going to be heaps of wind on sunday so probably kite beach in brighton will be the go because the forecast is for a 12-15knt Northerly.

Kite Republic has a ride day tomorrow, if your free i would recommend to hook up with them.

kite day is been cancel due to grand final:(some wind tomorrow at the end of the day i will try to fly my new north :)
