Had a few lessons and intend to buy my first kite. And what with the AUD$ the way it is there seem to be plenty of bargains out there currently...
Looked at the stats, done the research but I thought I'd ask some of you locals for some advice as you all seem to know what's what.
At the end of the day I'm going to end up with a quiver, but can only buy (MRS will only let me buy...) one kite at a time - so how big for the first one?

Drop in and see us at Kitepower Sans Souci - plenty of bargains in ex demo or last years new kites. I think your proposed sizes are spot on, but could also be 13M and slightly bigger board too.
