Get some longer bolts and put some spacers ( I used some stainless steel nuts) underneath the straps. This lifts them off the board further and will give you more room.

slicer i had the same problem. My arc is also high on my feet. I used about 6-7 different footstraps so far including all good brands also d3o etc
The only ones i feel my feet confortable is the f-one with straplock 2
Their system is 2 x plastic housings that result on the upper footrap having a very good curve plus the whole system is veri tight together giving you direct information about board.
Now as for confort they are good to very good on landing jumps (d30 were better) and excellent over time (2 years so far and going )
I will look into them however the solution above is fantastic given I have a hammerhead front footstrap.
