Advice pls for newbie... Am 75kg, with 32/34 inch waist, and only 5'6"... Tried the NP Bomb waist harness but needed extra large to be comfortable... Is that right? Seems odd?
Others like Mystic and Dakinefeel tight and make me feel breathless when medium/large size. Just not. Comfortable.
Can get it tight with very modest movement in the speaderbar... Have been using seat harness and recommended to upgrade with own kit.
Thanks for word of wisdom...
I like the quality of NP bomb... Am I just Fat Bas@ar? size!

Brand name, size printed on harness, even quality, etc are not as important as comfortable fit.
Just keep trying different brands / sizes until you find one that's comfortable.

You'll be hard pressed to find a waist harness that is more comfy than a seat harness. I can ride for about 2 hours with a waist harness and then my back gives out. Can do 6 hours in a seat harness before my legs give out.
