I was out a week ago and things were going good (in my second season just) landing 90%off my jumps and decided to go for a big one in about 2 foot of water had a couple of spectators and come down hard on my tail bone turns out of got a few ligaments out of whack in my lower back . My advice if you love your kiting like I do don't try stuff in shallow water if your still learning can't kite for a few weeks now spewing!

I hope you get well soon. Good thing you don't need to "sit" when kiting.
