As long as you can handle it. It will come down to the basic variables: wind strength, your weight, kite size etc Also, what do you want to do on it?

Sounds like you'd mainly be using it for entertainment purposes, not because you had to. If winds were really light I could see why you'd cruise around on it. I could see how it would be handy in small swells, of course, you'd always have more fun on a smaller board.

Yeah just for stuff around purposes in boarder line conditions. Just have the board laying around and its pretty much new thought i would see if it would be suitable otherwise i'd try swap for a second TT

6'8" is what i surf in the morning and sometimes kite in the arvo with.
You will need a smaller kite if kiting in 15-25 as the board has alot of surface area and will be up on the plane alot quicker. Try a 8 or 9m with it.
I use a 6m in 25knts and 10m in 15knts with the 6'8 as its got huge surface area.
and with TT 10m in 25knts and 12m 15-20knts.

If its just a standard surfboard dont be too harsh on it. as they only made with 4oz glass for the lighter feel.

Hope this helps.
