Just done two seasons riding a twin tip in Perth (on a 10m Crossbow) and I'm now ready to give a surfboard a go and get into some waves.

I've just bought a North-Rebel 2011, 8m and I'm looking to buy another larger kite to increase my wind range for lighter days ( also something I can use my twin tip on too).

I was thinking about another 10m Rebel. I'm 82 Kg, any suggestions

Thanks

From what I heard about Perth, the 10m with a 8 or 7 or 6m combination is the best choice.
If waves are your thing, I'd consider getting onboard with the Reo or BWS - kites made for waves.

Hey Innis
at your weight a 9-7 in a 2011 rebel will work really well, 9 will become your bread and butter kite with a twin-tip at 18 and a surfboard at about 16 with the 7 kicking in at 26 on the twinny and at about 22 on the surfboard.
Saying that you've bought right in the middle ( dooh!) so either you need to trade up of trade down or get get used to riding overpowered and buy a 10.
