Hey guys I have been approached about providing payment options for purchasing new gear.
For example if you could get this years latest kites n boards and lessons from your local shop you could pay it off weekly? Would you consider this rather than a big cash outlay to begin with, what are your thoughts and comments?

There are shops (or at least one that I know of) that do this. Pay a deposit, use your gear, but it stays in the shop at night until it's fully paid for.

Good option for the cash strapped.

I bought my gear on lay-by and took three months to pay it off, the day I picked it up the season was over in Melbourne. I am not sure what the kiting is like in WA at this time of the year, but if you currently can't kite due to bad winds or weather, I would suggest to do it this way, interest free and when you get your gear it is yours!!

Do not do this while the season is on because I think it is the closest I will ever come to child birth while looking at all the other people kiting knowing your gear is in the shop, but you do not have access to it...
