Anyone have any experience fixing a kite pump that lets air out after the pressure gets up? I've had three of pumps go on me in under a month, I'm assuming it's because I leave them in the hot car while I'm at work. I've taken the pump apart and all the non-return valves look fine, is there a valve in the handle?

On mine there's an inner tube inside the main tube that came unglued and leaked. Glued it back in and it fixed it.

There is a thread at the bottom of the pump shaft when you pull it out make sure its done tightly. It often comes loose and thats one of the places air can leak from. Check the hose for small holes and it can help to regrease the pump as well

Hi
All of my pumps have done this even the new Bravo SUP pump type high pressure pump made for kites out now.
I have filters over the air intake and try and keep clean from sand but all don't last long even with lots of maintenance, thats using it every 2nd day i guess.
