Hi all,,,loving riding strapless on a surfboard and finally nailing most of my jibes.
thinking duck tack would be a real handy way to turn
trying it feels really awkward hard to do ,looks easy onthe instruction videos
has anyone got an tips on how they learnt the turn, a starting point to practise with
thanks

Bring the kite up past 12 to 1 before starting the tack, you should feel the kite pulling you back before you start to rotate.
Males the tack movement much easier

Can you back roll and back roll transition on a twinny? Gets you used to the movement as well. I find there are a few different types depending on which size kite I fly, and how windy it is, but the advice about 12 to 1, and generally pretty vert when initiating turn, should do the job

Good tips. I am finding Duck Tacks really hard to master. Got the rotation but end up off the board and downwind. Kite at 12 seems to be the go.
