There’s a bit of assuming here because of the lack of info but the board is a to small for a beginner of your weight. The length is not too bad but I have never seen a board so small in the width. The kite is a bit old for my liking and if the seller is advertising it with its length and not the square meter size it tells me they haven’t got a clue about gear they are selling.

My concern is you are getting what you are paying for (cheap) which has a good chance of turning into a headache.

I know you have a tight budget but you don’t want to throw your money down the drain. Look at seabreeze buy and sell or your local kite shop and you have half a chance of getting a headache free start to the sport.
