The LF 2009 Bar makes me nervous, particularly the flag out position and the jammy release.
No, don't do it, the LF kite will not depower properly on a Cab bar from 2009 onwards.
You need a single front line flagging bar, something like an Ozone or Slingshot bar would work fine.
