A note to anyone out there wondering about a big powerfull kite for light conditions ... the new 15 m Takoon is an amazing kite at 10 knots it is a fun time un-hooked on a mal with small waves in a summer sea breeze ..at 15 knots a great jumper on a trusty twin tip ...however at 20-25 knots down here at 40 degrees south on sunny King island strapped in amongst the roaring forties in gusting mad winds the kite is a machine , fast , more power than a turbo VW , more air than a new Rolls Royce A 380 Air Bus it is a joy .. if you weigh over 80kg,s and can get it to the water in 1 piece I recommend this kite.
