in the Illawarra south there is One Knot Warren, he is in Gerroa though...

Unfortunately there is nothing down this way. Wazza "One knot" is down at georra but he mainly has windsurfing gear., but your best bet is kite power at Sans Souci.

In the same boat as you, a newbie from Gong area.
Yep Sydney San Souci is prolly best bet, for a "local" shop.

My mate has a 2m trainer he bought a while ago just cause he likes playing with kites,so I will borrow that for a while. Once I feel I have the hang of that its lesson time at kitepower...I am also from the Gong .
Funny how none of the surf shops here have any kite gear

There used to be back in the day...

When kites had two lines and the fashion was motto cross pants and ice hockey shirts over your wettie...
That fashion de rigueur was part of shauns' first lesson....

Any old schoolers heard from shaun...?

Is he still hiding out in alice springs....?
