Hi guys,
I am just starting out kiting and have the basics semi dialled. i dont have trouble staying upwind and and starting to do some little jumps and throwing back loops

.
One problem i am having is I seem like i am forever pushing the bar away from me in an effort to stay at a comfortable speed. I ride one handed pretty much all the time so that i can edge further upwind and its less of a stretch to hold onto the bar. when i am powered up and try to hold the bar with both hands i seem to feel overpowered and end up in the dreaded poo stance a little bit. I am getting better at leaning right into the harness and but i still feel like it shouldnt feel that awkward to hold the bar with both hands.
I am 5'11, and mostly ride a 10m in 15-20 knots, but i have a couple other kites i ride in stronger or lighter winds. i dont think its an issue of being overpowered. even i am at the bottom end of my range the kite feels and flys much better when i am sheeted out so i still feel i need to go one handed.
i just feel if the bar was 2 inches closer when fully extended i would feel a lot more comfortable .Is there something i can change in the rigging or anything? or am i being a girl and just not riding fast enough? i mostly ride in cross/on seabreezes in adelaide and its generally pretty lumpy and i struggle to go any faster without spending too much time in the air and ending up down wind!
any help is much appreciated.
