Mate if you've had a couple of lessons already then practice away as much as you like.
If your unsure if the wind is too light try launching the kite, if it wont fly its too light. Before you go bogydraging drop the kite in the water at the edge of the window, if you cant relaunch it, then its too light to bodydrag. Every kite will be different with the minimum wind you can use, so just experiment and get to know your kite. The reel danger is in strong winds, but also be aware that in light flukey winds the kite can luff, this is when it overflies the top of the window then drops. It is also easy to stall in light winds, this is when the kite is sheeted in too much and will fly backwards, folds in half and crash, so make sure there is no one down wind of you when you try this.
If you are down Pinnas introduce yourself to me if you want any help. I think most people that are competent would be pleased to lend a hand if your unsure, so just ask.
Have fun enjoy the sport and stay safe.
