Hi, I'm looking for a buddy. Been keen to get out but don't know anyone to help me launch/land or to ride with. Thinking about going to shearwater today. I've had a few lessons, I know 'how' to kitesurf haha just need more practice.

There are plenty of guys to give you a hand at Shearwater. On Saturday, there were around 30 kites out and expecting quite a few again today. Most kiters at Shearwater are more than happy to give some advice or a hand to get going. We were all learners at 1 point. The tide will be flowing with the southerly today this morning, so keep your board close.
