Hi!
Just introducing myself to the forum, and looking for a spot of advice if anyone has any tips. I've been learning to landboard with fixed-bridle foils in lumpy inland winds and I'm now looking to crossover to water. I've got 2 weeks off before Xmas, and I'm looking to hit the coast and get as many lessons as I can and really get a good head start to the summer season.
Coming from a foil background I've already got a FS Speed 10m (which I've heard is ~12m LEI), and I'm looking for something smaller to fit under under it for winds between 20kn and 30kn on the water.
Key characteristics for me are a stable progression/freeride kite that can then be used in waves in a season or two when I've got my board skills up.
I'm looking to try as many different types of kite as I can while I'm still learning and after doing a bit of reading I thought an 8m pump-up might do the trick (I'm ~82kgs, 6'2).
Seen an Ozone Instinct Light XC 2009 and a Fluid ATV 2011 on the "For Sale" pages - anyone got any thoughts or flown these kites?

Or would I be better to stick to my guns and get another flying lilo? ;)
