Hey folks,

Just a quick question trying to pick the better riders brains here. Recovering from a rather painful session couple of days ago. Have the fundamentals down, surface pass, R2B, fronts/backs.

Where did everyone start?

1) Did anyone practice anything either physically or mentally that helped
2) which move does everyone find the best progression into passes

I've landed a couple of them so far but they were far from graceful and I would have no idea what I did or how to replicate them!

Any help is appreciated

Cheers
Josh.

Hey josh a blind judge is definitly the best way to go. Same as to blind but you have to pull early, I'm finding twisting my head around the direction I want to spin helps my balance alot.
I kept trying to just ralley to blind with a quick pass but never had the slack to get the pass without loosing balance.

I've tried back mobes heaps but I get closer trying blind judges.

Almost sent you a pm asking how your mobes were going! I haven't even been close, having issue sending the kite (thinking I'm over thinking the pass//rear hand).

The judges I get pulled off balance and more confident landing natural, have a feeling this may be due to my kite not being as suited to unhooking as I first thought, sbend/raley are fine but it just drops back deep in the window and trucks as soon as you unhook. Have to start using the torch more!

Yeah the one 3 I landed I remember carving harder later and tried to throw my legs towards bar, tried a good 10 times to replicate to no evail! If your good at sbends maybe go for a sbend 3 that's the one that I feel the most comfortable trying. But then again time to leave the comfort zone ;)

Cheers for the head tip!
