Just squeeze a bit in each boot, walk out and dunk the board underwater and should be easy....

Cheers.
i've heard dishwashing liquid can deteriate your bindings. on my oldschool wakeboard bindings I used to used baby shampoo, a bit less potent than dish washing liquid and it washes out pretty quickly as soon as you start riding.
you also can buy specific binding lube, but it's pretty expensive. your bindings are probably just a bit stiff because they are new, most bindings these days are designed to be put on without any lube required.
