Hi all,

I'm mad keen to start learning to kite surf but I feel that the time I have had my lessons the summer will be over. Do you recken it would be better to wait untill the start of next summer?
What months are best for kite surfing and are there months to avoid?
I live in Brissi so I am talking about anywhere from Noosa to Byron Bay.

Also, I was thinking of going to surf connect for lessons or maybe you know somewhere better?

Cheers
Dan

Take lessons and learn before the summer is over, then book a 2 week holiday to PNG. Fly to Port Moresby from Cairns return for like $400.

Months to avoid? Sure, the one's with no wind!
Other than that...
If it's cold, get a thicker wetsuit
If it's hot, time for boardies
If it's cyclonic, time for a smaller kite
If there's stingers, time for a spiffy purple stinger suit

No reason not to get some lessons now!
