Hi all. Just wondering if there's any bags people recommend to use to carry harness, wetsuit, helmet, leash etc??
Cheers

I use a wake bag, holds my board with boots on, one kite, bar, wetsuit if required, harness and towel. Have to put my other kite on my back though

get a "golf" bag saved my ass several times traveling abroad with all my gear. if i could do it again i would get a larger one then i have (some naish one with a skull on it) not only did this allow me to get free luggage with some airlines in asia (i couldnt believe it probably saved me 400$ as i had scuba gear in it aswell as kiteing gear) with a larger one you can have all your stuff clothes toiletries laptop whatever all in the one bag and its got wheels on it. super easy and practical and they all cost around $200 or so dollers so well worth it. ive recently started popping the stitching around the seams of the zipper (plastic so no sticky salt seizeing it up) but i overfilled it something chronic to do that.

so yeah the 2 things id change with it is 1. larger 2. have it fully unzip maybe with a centre section between the 2 halves so you could lay both halves out perfectly flat. as it makes it a little tricky to put kites in the front whilst its trying to close itself

Reading the title my first thought was paper if you just want to cover the head but plastic if you are trying to smother it...

I use a big square plastic bin to carry harness, wetsuit, helmet, leash. Durable and water tight. You could go one bin for wet stuff and another for dry stuff. Kites in their own bags. Board in its own bag.

How about the blue IKEA shopping bag for $1? Seriously, it's big, and it's semi water tight. Also can be used as a change mat.

I've been looking for months for some thing like that. I found that most big surf brands will have a 'surf pack' which usually has a wet section and a dry section. Mostly they are not big enough to get all your gear. I settled for Channel Islands surf pack I got from SurfStitch which has the biggest volume of all the bags of the type I wanted (a wet section for wetties etc... and a dry section with divisions and lots of pockets for various nicknacks). All my stuff goes in there but I still have to put my pump and control bar on my kite bag, which it is designed for anyway.

My local surf shop had one of these which was really good and big enough to fit everything but for me didn't quite fit the bill.
