Hi everyone, I kite at safety bay pond and was just wondering if you can kite with SE winds, and if so, what direction is it.
Feedback would be much appreciated, cheers

The seabreeze arrows show where the wind is coming from. If you google map the area you can see that any wind with East in it (SE, SSE) comes from land onto water (not consistent, gusty, on and off - not good for kiting). Being in the pond you will not get blown out to ocean but the wind quality is no good.

SE winds are just about the poorest quality winds you can find around Perth, and, just for that reason only, they are no fun for kiting regardless of where you go
If you want good kiting when the winds are SE all day with bad weather in Perth, get ready to travel
