I am in the process of buying a kite and was wondering what the wind speeds
are in and around melbourne. It would be st kilda / brighton / Sandrigham I would go.

I am 70 kg and a beginner. (couple of lessons, only bodydragging in the water)
The advised me a 11m kite.

Would that be good for the wind speeds you have here in Melbourne?
(was looking at a BEST 10.5 otherwise if thats a good one for beginners)
