kite salt marks stains

How do you get salt marks/stains of your kite?

put it in the washing machine with a few cups of bleach. works perfect.

All great ideas, I would use any of these methods on my kites lol. Mate not sure really how to get the stains out hosing it with a little pressure is the only thing I can think of without damaging your kite.

Soak area in fresh water?? on a proactive note rinse your kite off with fresh water after using.

If you rinse a kite in fresh water you MUST let it dry before packing away. Never bothered with this.

Bar and lines yes rinse them and hang to dry.

My advice Jake would be don't sweat the small stuff. Whatever you do your gear will deteriorate so just use it and enjoy it. :)

Never washed my kites. If you do dry completely or you will get mould.

If you want to get rid of the salt or any other marks pump up the kite and give it a once over with a damp hand towel. Anything that doesn't come off that way just ignore.
