I am planning a kite trip up to our friendly City beach this sunday.
i was hoping to get some info
1.when to we get the on shore winds at city beach? Morning between 8-10 a good time ?
2. is it crowded?
3. choppy conditions?

1. the forecast is ENE winds, so thats offshore. Good luck getting on shore winds between 8-10!!
2. it will be, not with kiters!
