seen vids of people jumping from the beach to water and passing the bar and riding off. Was thinking of trying the same without a board just to get the feel when I'm waiting for the wind to really kick in.

question is, do you send the kite from the side of the window and as it pulls then throw the handlepass???

Only just started practicing surface passes and wrapped but just wanted to practice more when wind really dies off...

unhook, send the kite from one side to the other, when doing this pop off the sand, as the kite reaches more to the edge of the window the lines will become slack, try and time it to pass the bar then. i would try it with a board as then you wont smash your feet into the sand when you land.

Worth finding a spot you jump in to deep water for when just in case you don't make the first few attempts...

NO NO NO, seriously, do it without the board

but it needs to be really windy

and you gotta really throw the kite

and you gotta get someone to film it

and then post it

(this is gonna be frikken awesome)
